Kathy Dimmick
Chief Executive Officer

As Co-Founder and President, Kathy Dimmick leads this company with a dynamic fervor that stems from her tremendous passion and dedication to the 3D/4D ultrasound industry. The phenomenal success of the company is due not only to the inherent joy derived from the business, but also from Kathy Dimmick's solid competencies in management and business development gained from 11 years of diversified consulting. Kathy has a deep background in business consulting, having advised emerging technology companies, like Inktomi, Chordiant, Open Market, OnDisplay, NetLedger, Remedy and Yantra, in strategic staffing, recruiting, delivery and corporate infrastructure. The management principles and corporate development skills that she has mastered are used daily in her responsibilities at United Imaging Partners where she assumes the responsibilities of Business Development, Sales, Account Direction and Industry Growth.

Kathy's current goals are to provide crucial support services that will maximize the potential and shorten the curve to profitability for UIP's new partners. Customer service is a mainstay in the Dimmicks approach to their extended family of partners. Her vision of the future for United Imaging Partners is that 150 partners will be on board by next year's end. Kathy is already fielding requests from applicants abroad and anticipates that international expansion is a natural progression.

When asked to assist her first client with opening a 3D/4D Ultrasound facility, the decision was effortless and instantaneous.  Kathy Dimmick's dedication to United Imaging Partners and to growing this industry to its fullest potential are of the utmost importance to her.  Kathy just had her second child (a little boy, who is the second most scanned baby on the planet).  She also has a two-year-old little girl that is the light of her life (and the first, most 3D/4D scanned pre-birth baby). She is passionate about this industry and pours her heart and soul into it on a daily basis.

Curt Dimmick
President & Chief Operating Officer

As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Curt Dimmick brings a unique blend of eleven years of technology development and healthcare industry experience to United Imaging Partners. Curt's incredible vision is leading United Imaging Partners into the future. He has single-handedly engineered and designed the technological resources that streamline and automate the United Imaging Partners business model for its partners.

His expertise was gained from the real-life management challenges he encountered as the co-founder of Visionweb Studios, an Austin-based firm providing custom application development and web design services, as well as from consulting for leading technology companies, including Insync Systems, IBM, Compaq and Bell Atlantic Business Systems. He designed and deployed numerous custom software solutions, including a web driven nationwide recruitment system.

Curt and his wife began in this industry in 2002. They alone pioneered the industry, broke down the barriers of entry and turned it into the burgeoning industry it is today. Curt has been instrumental in bringing on more than 85 new partners over the course of the past two years. Even though he is COO, he takes a very hands on approach to ensure the success of each and every one of the 3D/4D ultrasound facilities on board with UIP.

Curt assumed the leadership in understanding the technology and training required for the ultrasound screenings and the required safety issues involved. Having worked in the medical field prior to technology, he clearly recognized that strict adherence to healthcare regulations and compliance would be absolutely core to the success of any 3D/4D company. His due diligence and meticulous attention to 3D/4D ultrasound's ever evolving healthcare compliance issues potentially safeguards the industry for all of the UIP partners.

Curt is now one of the leading 3D/4D Ultrasound trainers in the country.  He has trained close to 100 people on the art and science of using this amazing technology. Curt Dimmick's dedication to United Imaging Partners and to growing this industry to its fullest potential is of the utmost importance to him.  His children are also the light of his life, and he enjoyed getting to know them so well - before they were even born!

Fredrick A. Kreuzer MD, PC
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Kreuzer is a Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist who has been in private practice in Tucson, AZ since 1975. He has acted as head of OB/GYN services at three Tucson area hospitals during his 30 years of OB/GYN service. Dr. Kreuzer currently and actively serves as the Chief Medical Officer for United Imaging Partners.

He is instrumental in the development of programs to bring credibility and responsibility to the elective 3D/4D Ultrasound community.Dr. Kreuzer has developed strict practice standards and guidelines for United Imaging Partners. He is able to provide physician oversight to each and every one of our partner locations. His passion for the industry and his strong community voice makes him an incredible asset to United Imaging Partners. He is passionate about this industry and strives to make United Imaging Partners a household name. We are very fortunate to have him as a member of our executive management team.


Backed by extensive experience in marketing, internet development, search engine optimization and illustrative design, Greg is responsible for the creation and execution of the design concepts behind all of our marketing materials, advertisement layouts, and affiliate web sites. From concept to completion, the marketing objectives and branding of United Imaging Partners and each individual affiliate are protected and supported by his creative strategies.

With Greg handling all web design, production, creative development, search engine optimization, graphic design and more, you'll certainly be working close with him as you start and continue to build your business. Greg is 100% committed to the success of the entire United Imaging Partners network and his experience, talents, and proven track record make him a welcomed and necessary addition to our team.

Sheila Moore
Director of Operations

Sheila directs two major aspects of the United Imaging Partners business.  She manages all UIP internal and external communications including national marketing and advertising as well as coordinating our existing partners’ communication projects including web site updates, local advertising materials and collateral.  Sheila also manages the logistics of all new accounts that come on board with UIP.  It is her priority to be available at all times for all our partner’s inquires, requests and suggestions. 

Prior to joining United Imaging Partners, Sheila has had more than 20 years of advertising and marketing experience providing managerial leadership on national marketing brands. An accomplished corporate strategist and marketer, her expertise in business performance has enabled her to influence and coordinate media buying, public relations, special promotions, long-term marketing goals, as well as day-to-day activities which have driven notable growth in her assigned accounts.  Prior to joining UIP she was part owner and Senior Vice President of a major advertising and marketing agency in Dallas, Texas.

Some of the national accounts she has worked on include:

  • Tuesday Morning, Inc – Senior Vice President/Principal/Management Director
  • Braniff Airlines – Vice President/Account Manager
  • The Quaker Oats Company – Account Supervisor
  • American Airlines – Senior Account Executive

In 2004 Sheila and her husband Steve decided to leave the “rat race” of Dallas behind and move to Horseshoe Bay in the Texas Hill Country where they reside with their 3 furry children, Waldo, Kashee and Boomer.

Bill Gerstner
Partner Development Manager

Bill manages new partner prospects for United Imaging Partners, handles requests for information about becoming a UIP affiliate, and personally speaks with individuals interested in the offerings from United Imaging Partners. He provides a detailed outline of our franchise start-up program as well as our marketing and services suite. While speaking with interested individuals nationwide, Bill is able to keep a pulse on the dynamics of the 3D/4D ultrasound imaging market.

Prior to joining United Imaging Partners, Bill had accumulated more than 23 years of sales and sales management experience in the explosive high tech industry of the 80’s and 90’s. Both personally and as a sales leader, Bill was responsible for all aspects of the traditional sales cycle for accounts such as Dell Computer, Hewlett-Packard (H-P), Compaq, Gateway and IBM to name a few. His resumé of experiences and responsibilities in the sales arena is extensive, including the management of large sales organizations, international relations, new company start ups and multi company alliance agreements.

Shawn Paul
Partner Development Manager

Shawn Paul manages new partner prospects for United Imaging Partners, handles requests for information about becoming a UIP affiliate, and personally speaks with individuals interested in the offerings from United Imaging Partners. He provides a detailed outline of our franchise start-up program as well as our marketing and services suite.

Shawn joined our team with 12 years of successful executive level corporate sales both in Las Vegas and Nationally. He has been awarded numerous accolades for his business partnership programs with fortune 30 companies. Shawn has earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in business management as well as a Radiologic Technology certification. He opened and operated Baby’s First Image in Las Vegas where he quickly excelled to the top of United Imaging Partners locations. Even while having anywhere from three to eight competitors his location was able to produce extremely profitable results.

Linda Kreuzer RN, BSN
Director of Research & Development

Linda graduated from the University of Arizona in 1976 with a BSN in Nursing, and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing. She has extensive experience in Neonatal Intensive Care, Neonatal Transport, Labor and Delivery and has been a Clinical Instructor for Nursing Students in these areas. Linda works in many capacities for United Imaging Partners. She is instrumental in spearheading the diagnostic imaging side of our offering. Linda has the resources and abilities to put together high level programs and negotiate top level contracts within the medical community. Her deep sense of commitment and integrity make her an excellent addition to United Imaging Partners.

Susan Weiss
Public Relations Consultant

With 20 years of public relations experience, Susan Weiss has a proven track record of valued strategic counsel, tactical management and producing award-winning campaigns. In 2002, Susan formed SWPR www.swpr.biz to bring personalized senior-level service to a wide range of clients in consumer, lifestyle, entertainment and technology.

Susan has a strong knowledge-base in consumer public relations with expertise in products and services aimed at women, children and families for clients such as: AT&T, Baby Faire, Marshall Field’s, Red Bull, Sesame Street, Sittercity, Smart Living Products and Sorrento Cheese.  

Prior to striking out on her own, Susan worked in a senior management position at a global public relations agency managing accounts and staff for B2C and B2B technology accounts including Yesmail.com, Dynamic Trade, eGenerosity.com and Shoptalk Networks. 

Susan began her career as a publicity manager for Universal Pictures promoting more than 80 nationally released films including Parenthood, Field of Dreams, Scent of a Woman, Twins, Back to the Future II and III, Backdraft, Land Before Time and Kindergarten Cop. 

Over the years, Susan has placed hundreds of quality media placements. Career highlights include stories in major media outlets including: The Oprah Winfrey Show, Rosie O’Donnell Show, ABC-TV, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, FOX-TV, Associated Press, Knight-Ridder, Newsweek, The New York Times, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Fit Pregnancy, Parenting, Parents, Redbook and Working Mother.

Susan has won numerous industry awards including the Stevie Award for Women Entrepreneurs for Best Communications Campaign; Silver SABRE Finalist and Bronze SABRE Certificate of Excellence from the Holmes Group; Crystal Award of Excellence and Award of Distinction from The Communicator Awards; and two Golden Trumpet Awards from the Publicity Club of Chicago.
